To empower every person with the ability for technology to improve their lives
Technology has the ability to positively transform people's lives, yet the needs of many older adults are often overlooked.
This is because each generation interacts with technology differently. Today's devices and apps use design elements catered to attract millennials, yet older adults often have the most to gain from technology's capabilities.
We believe that everybody should not only have access to technology, but also have access to someone to help them use technology: to confidently video chat their loved one or doctor; to use an app to order food or groceries; to connect socially; to fix their device; to secure their home, or any other technology need or question.
At HelpHerd, service is our business. Device and software manufactures or tech support firms might help troubleshoot issues when something is broken, but they're not in the business of providing individual concierge. And in many cases, people don't want to burden their friends or family with tech questions even if they are equipped to help.
"You can never do kindness too soon, for you never know how soon it will be too late."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson
