What is sales at HelpHerd?

Sales at HelpHerd is about approaching senior living organizations who represent many senior living communities, and identifying opportunities for their communities to provide HelpHerd tech concierge as a benefit to their residents.  Founded by leaders who have worked at some of the most cutting edge sales organizations in Silicon Valley, sales at HelpHerd is a dance, not an old-school wrestling match.  In fact, you won't be expected to sell anything—you'll be expected to help people discover they want our product, and if they do, to drive the deal forward in a mutually beneficial, accountable way.  Join the herd.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close net-new B2B sales opportunities

  • Cold outreach activities through email, phone, and LinkedIn

  • Develop a series of strategic outreach campaign ideas

  • Leverage our CRM to document prospect and customer activity

  • Create and execute on a plan to meet or exceed quota

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience

  • An unmatched curiosity for studying what motivates people to say "yes"

  • Active listening skills while calm and confident in evaluative conversations

  • Deep familiarity with consumer technology

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • To subscribe to a sales methodology such as Sandler selling

  • Consistent access to high-speed internet
